Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags intact.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at customerservice@faredifashion.com with your order number and details about your return or exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Rate: Free for all orders within the United States.
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Rate: We will calculate the current rate
Overnight Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1 business day
- Rate: We will calculate the current rate
- Note: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier availability.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's journey.
